This role will be part of an IT Engineering team responsible for updating and maintaining word templates used for publications. The work involved is working with Word and updating templates to be used for outbound publications.
Primary Duties include:
Responsible for the definition of the functional, usability, reliability, performance and support requirements of a system. Maintain MS Word templates that are used within an IT publishing system to produce outbound correspondence.
Requirements:
- Requires an in-depth knowledge of MS Word, Word merge, and advance formatting. Analytical, organization and planning skills required. Detailed-oriented with ability to multi-task required. Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills required.
- Experience with complex styles, formatting, and use of paragraphs
- Able to create custom merge templates including merge field creation
- Experience setting custom headers and footers MicoMail
- Able to work with embedded images and tables
- Detail-orientated and able to work independently
Additional Details:
- The person can be located anywhere in the US but would need to loosely align to work somewhere between 9am – 5pm EST because that is when our team would be online to support them. We are flexible a little so it could be an hour or two off but should mostly align.
