Talent Acquisition Manger
The Talent Acquisition Manager develops the staffing plan for LVE including job postings, interview process, onboarding, and retention strategies.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
- Identify and source management candidates by searching for passive applicants in recruiting platforms.
- Screen management candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications and performing phone screenings.
- Visit areas with extreme staffing issues to recruit managers from other restaurants.
- Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing all job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements
- Perform reference checks as need
- Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms
- Manage onboarding and new hire process
- Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
- Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process
- Identify and strengthen the employment brand.
- Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR or related field. Master’s Degree preferred.
- Understanding of employment law.
- Team-centric behavior
- Microsoft Office skills
