To achieve our vision, we are searching for talented Resident Teachers with a Bachelor’s degree, a minimum undergraduate GPA of 3.0, and a desire for personal and professional growth (no certification required!).

As an Elementary School Resident Teacher at Zeta, you will assist in building a classroom culture that fosters students’ genuine love for learning and creates a sense of community for our families. With the support of talented leaders and a dedicated team, you will achieve incredible academic outcomes through a data-driven approach. With the support of your co-teacher, you will plan lessons, master the foundations of our academic content, become equipped with pedagogical tools, and work together to get every student over the finish line. You will grow into a true classroom leader. At Zeta, we wholeheartedly pursue academic mastery across math, reading, writing, and science for all children. Specialist teachers provide additional enrichment in Taekwondo, Music, Dance, Chess, Art, Soccer, and more.

As a Resident Teacher, you would also partake in a 2-year, fully subsidized Master’s program through our partnership with Relay Graduate School of Education to be on track to receive New York State professional certification in general and special education.

Currently, Zeta operates multiple schools, in the South Bronx and Upper Manhattan. We have big growth plans because the educational crisis is massive and requires big solutions.
