Responsibilities

• Understand the structure, policies, and operations of an organization, and recommend solutions to improve general business processes and planning.
• Follow the appropriate testing strategy for each case and create test plans and test conditions
• Compile, analyze, interpret, and present data related to current and future operation.
• Explore features as they are being developed to identify design, testability and usability issues
• Create reports, charts, graphs and presentations to aid in proposing new strategies for successful business changes.
• Work with Developers to determine and set up an appropriate test environment and tools for testing
• Make recommendations for solutions or improvements that can be accomplished through new technology or alternative uses of existing technology.
• Execute manual tests, interpret the results, and diagnose basic test failures
• Create and manage issue reports and work with Developers to resolve appropriately.
• Write clear and well-structured business requirements/documents.

Perform integrity and regression testing using a combination of manual and automated techniques
