Technical writer - 6 month contract
Fully Remote – US
W2 Contract rate of circa $40/45 per hour

TECH STACK: HTML, Zendesk, API, SSO, Webhooks.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Working under the head of content you will be responsible for:

• Write and migrate the various Help center articles in Zendesk
• Work cross-functionally across a set of teams to ensure their various articles are updated and fit for consumption.
• Work with the engineering, product, and marketing teams to ensure you are on top of the various features and products that are being launched
• Work on building out new information architecture and new style guides
• Be the go-to person for everything relating to UX and marketing copy.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

To be considered you MUST have experience in the following:

• Strong hands-on technical writing experience gained in a fast-growing organisation
• Zendesk Guide, HTML and API experience
• Excellent attention to detail
• Down-to-earth and positive mindset
