This unique position will require you to serve a high-profile site in Dallas where security and hospitality are paramount. As such, extensive walking is required in this mainly outdoor position. You will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their guests, while also providing exceptional hospitality and customer service.

Shifts for this position are currently 8 hours in length, and TNT will be responsible for 24/7 coverage. As such, weekend and holiday availability is a must.

Responsibilities

· Deliver outstanding customer service to clients, guests, and others at the site

· Adhere to safety and security policies and procedures of both TNT and the client

· Conduct foot and vehicle patrols of client facilities as needed to ensure security protocols are followed and the site is secure

· Monitor CCTV and other security equipment for signs of suspicious activity

· Accompany client personnel as necessary

· Communicate effectively with the client, their staff, and their customers

· Report incidents and activities promptly and accurately

· Maintain detailed logs of daily activities

· Stand and walk frequently, including for extended periods, and navigate stairs, inclines, and uneven terrain.

Additional physical requirements may include:

· Frequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds

· Occasional lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds

Qualifications

· Active Level II or Level III Texas guard card required

· Clean criminal background check required, with no history of felony arrest or misdemeanor arrests in the last 10 years

· Successful drug screening required

· Minimum 2 years of experience in a security officer/guard role required

· Excellent customer service skills required

· Reliability, punctuality, and professionalism required

· Availability to work weekends and holidays required

· Valid driver’s license required
