Vice President of Operations & Supply Chain
Hi-Line, Inc., a niche leader and essential U.S. distributor of industrial aftermarket products and services, is seeking an energetic, experienced, and creative Supply Chain professional to help guide us through our future growth and development. This position will influence our supply chain which includes Operations, a national Distribution Center, approximately 100 stores nationwide, and over 100,000 SKU’s.
Areas of Responsibility and/or Participation:
- Support, influence and help improve the company and departmental standards, procedures, and strategic initiatives
- An active member of the Executive Team
- Vendor relationships, performances, and assessments
- Product demand, inventory replenishment, and inventory optimization strategies
- The ongoing development of our Supply Chain technology
- Recruit and mentor Supply Chain talent
- Performance guidance and KPIs to improve inventory optimization and service levels to our stores and customers
- Collaborate with customers, vendors, and team members to help determine, assess and satisfy the demands of our customers
- New product introductions
- Vendor risk assessments
- Product returns and reverse logistics programs
Requirements:
- Minimum of ten years of experience in supply chain leadership
- College degree
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Supply Chain certifications
- Proficiency in Excel
- History of effectively utilizing WMS and ERP systems. Experience with Epicor preferred.
- Ability to assess, analyze, simplify and communicate complex data or situations
- Team player with a positive and cooperative attitude in a cross-functional organization

Pay: $90,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
