DAY-TO-DAY

This full-time computer science position works typical business hours.

As a Web Development - IT Support Specialist with our technology company, you're responsible for providing on-site and remote support to our company by preventing and troubleshooting system malfunctions. You conduct daily inspections when issues arise as well as supervise the logging of network conditions and requirements. To keep our IT equipment in tip-top shape, you oversee the planning, purchasing, configuration, and tracking of all items across the country. You also maintain a backstock of standard IT-issued equipment for rapid distribution as needed.

Additionally, you serve as our IT subject matter expert and provide insight into all applications, platforms, and databases run by our company. By maintaining a high understanding of our daily technological needs, you help train others and promote the usage of a robust internal tech stack. You also create and maintain a log of job tickets and daily maintenance tasks as well as perform routine life cycling on our computers as needed. At times, you assist with web development duties, which involve using SQL Server, HTML, CSS, C#, VB.Net, and JavaScript.
