Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to passengers from multiple airlines
- Safely transport passengers to their destination.
- Examine wheelchairs daily for needed repairs and maintenance
- Treat all customers, employees, and visitors in an enthusiastic, courteous, and professional manner
- Special Assignments such as bag handler and security guard may be required
Qualifications
- 1 year of customer service experience
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Flexible to work non-scheduled hours when needed
- Ability to control a passenger in a wheelchair while maneuvering through crowded or tight spaces
- Must be reliable, have a positive attitude, and uphold ethical behavior
- Must be fluent in English
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- 18 years old or older
- Must be FULLY vaccinated
