We are seeking a highly creative Administrative Assistant to suppot our sales team. Job Summary:

The Sales Administrative Assistant facilitates the efficient operation of the sales department by performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks.

Duties/Responsibilities:

· Answers customer phone calls and assists with general questions, invoicing and various issues either directly or by guiding them to the appropriate person.

· Provides supports to sales team by answering daily calls and emails related to order discrepancies, shortages, or various problems; order entry or invoice adjustments; and pick-up requests.

· Manages various calendars.

· Tracks vacation and sick time for sales team.

· Manages Omnibus invoices.

· Coordinates OOC slips.

· Manages retailer licenses.

· Assists with setting up accounts on retailer portal.

· Maintains pricing for various retailers and military accounts.

· Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Able to work independently and within a team.

· Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing.

Education and Experience:

· Associate’s degree preferred.

· 3 – 5 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in sales function.

Physical Requirements:

· Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

· Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
