Franchise Administrator

Since 1999, Tippi Toes Dance Company has been bringing a unique program of dance and creative movement to child care centers, schools, play groups and various after school programs.
Tippi Toes Dance Company cheerfully provides children with a fun, positive and nurturing environment so they can experience the joys of dance, self-expression, and movement. Classes are specifically designed to develop motor skills and body awareness while enhancing each child’s self-esteem.

Position Summary:
As a Tippi Toes Franchise Administrator, you will provide support, and coordination of communication for the
Franchise. Responsibilities include managing all incoming communication (email and phone), responding in a timely manner, answering questions, providing information, and communicating messages appropriately. This position will also act as a resource for schools and parents as part of enrollment and program process, take on other priorities as assigned, and work closely with the Franchise Owner on a regular basis. As a representative for Tippi Toes, you must be highly professional in all interactions and demonstrate excellent communication skills with school staff, parents, and Franchise owner. The position reports to the Franchise owner.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Manages all communication including email, and phone calls
  • Responds to all messages in a timely manner
  • Acts as the point of contact and resource for schools and parents regarding logistics and basic information
  • Takes on other responsibilities as assigned by the Franchise Owner
  • Partners regularly with the Franchise Owner
  • Upholds the highest professional standards as a key representative for Tippi Toes

Position Requirements:

  • Excellent project management skills-keeps assigned projects moving and on track
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills: both verbal and written
  • Tenacity and self-motivation: high energy level, self-starter with positive attitude
  • Can handle multiple and changing priorities
  • Excellent follow up skills
  • Upholds company brand mission, vision, and values through actions and interactions
  • Experience in providing administrative support, preferably in a service industry

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
