Bacon is actively looking for experienced Bartenders for a couple-day event in early January at the Salt Palace.

Pay Rate and Shift Length:

• $18 per hour plus CASH tips
• Shift will be anywhere from 6 - 8 hours a day.

Responsibilities:

• Receives drink orders from patrons or servers, mixes and serves alcohol and non-alcohol drinks for patrons following standard recipes; serves wine and bottled beer or draws draught beer.
• Must know how to properly pour a beer into a glass at a 45-degree angle.
• Understand how many ounces of wine you can legally pour into a glass.
• Maintains bar stocked by requisitioning liquors, beverages, condiments, and supplies.
• Set-Up/Break-Down: cleans and stores bar equipment and bar stock.
• Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly, requests identification, and adheres to all unit and company alcohol service policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Eligibility to work in the US.
• 18+ years old.
• A smartphone - iPhone or Android with an active data plan.
• Minimum of one year of Bartending experience in a high-volume bar, restaurant, or events capacity.
• Must be able to stand for long periods (6-8 hours per shift).
• Current Alcohol Certification Required (Sips/Tips).

Uniform:

• Black pants (No leggings)
• All Black Shoes
• Shirts will be provided to workers.
