Who We Are…
Drive Social Media is one of the fastest-growing advertising technology companies in the country. Born out of necessity to provide the best return on investment for our partners, Drive has developed a cloud-based advertising management platform to achieve better campaign results and transparency while improving advertising efficiencies to stimulate revenue growth.
The Recruiter, will report to VP of Recruitment and work one on one to recruit top talent to expand our company. The Recruiter will work to fill roles in all 5 Drive locations - St. Louis, Nashville, Miami, Atlanta & Tampa.
We're looking for…

- Strong follow-through, with the ability to keep themselves and others accountable
- The ability to be scrappy and think outside of the box to maintain a full pipeline
- Warm, friendly, and a great representation of themselves and the organization's brand
- Hard-working, has a strong understanding of their goals and is intentional about how they use their time
- The ability to work independently while staying proactive in communication
- Organized and prepared, has a running to-do list to make sure nothing falls through the cracks
- The ability to take direct feedback while still advocating for themselves, the process & the candidate
Your day-to-day would look like…
- Sourcing candidates, messaging & cold calling them
- First-round phone interviews
- Managing candidate pipeline & company referrals
- Offer letters
- Recording & reporting data to influence strategy
- Scheduling & coordinating candidates
- Attending and managing job fairs, career fairs, & networking events
Nice to haves…
- 4-year degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Recruiting experience
