We are a HVAC and REFRIGERATION campany. Part of office position will be to bill clients we service. Answer phones and or transfer as needed to assist clients correctly. Must have good communication skills, excellent customer service skills, and efficient time management. Applicants must display the ability to work as a team player in coordinating service calls, as they communicate with customers, HVAC service managers, and technicians.

- Knowledge in Excel and Quickbooks is a plus.

- Know how to answer office phone.

- Biligual a plus.

- Knowlege on invoicing a plus.

- Training provided.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • On call
