What you’ll do:

• You will be expected to organize and prepare a neat work area with ease. This includes assisting with or leading juicing, garnish prep, building syrups and batched cocktails, stocking, and bar maintenance throughout the shift. Cleanliness, attention to detail, and the setting is one of the things that sets us apart.
• We are here for the guest, literally. We are looking for someone with the skills, precision, and thoughtfulness to provide a genuine level of care. You will assist our guests to understand and explore the menu and help them discover something new, exciting, and certainly something tasty.

• We get busy and there’s always something to do. We’re looking for someone who is a great multi-tasker, someone who can anticipate both guest and bar needs, and someone who can communicate and listen well.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3-5 years’ experience in hospitality, preferably as a bartender.
• Fundamental knowledge of classic and modern cocktails and awareness of various spirits, beer, and wine. We will provide comprehensive training and assist you in developing your knowledge and skillset.
• Familiarity will all standard bar tools and above average bartending techniques.
• Basic food preparation and safety skills.
• We are open on weekdays, weekends, and on many holidays. All team members are expected to have a flexible schedule.
