BARTENDER - Average hourly rate (can be): UP TO $40 (with tips)

Prime Hospitality Group (PHG) is looking for a Bartender to prepare and serve all soft drink, alcoholic beverages and wine according to Ruth’s Chris Steak House specifications, recipes and procedures.

A Bartendar at Ruth's Chris Steak House should meet and exceed guests’ expectations. The Bar Service Staff provides timely and quality beverages to guests and the service staff and performs the duties of cashier for the guests and staff. BARTENDER - Skills and Abilities

• Prior fine-dining bartending experience, preferred
• Must maintain a current valid permit to serve alcohol as required by the State
• Restaurant Operations Aptitude/Mastery (FOH Service Team Members): advanced knowledge of the stations and roles in FOH, the style of service, how to correctly set and clear a table, the correct way to stock a service station, use of any server tools that might exist, proficiency with point-of-sale systems, and a tireless desire to optimize each interaction with the guests meeting all defined service protocols and the demands and needs of each guest.
• Must be able to lift, handle and carry beverage items, supplies, glass racks, smallwares and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to walk/stand/exert well-paced mobility during entire shift (approx. 6-8 hours)
• Must be able to communicate effectively and listen attentively
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment effectively and efficiently
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule (ie: weekends, nights, holidays)

As an attorney and expert in real estate development and restaurant concepts respectively, Kristy and Ryan became some of the first non-legacy Ruth’s Chris Steak House franchise owners in the country, building a new generation of trust and quality into the Ruth’s Chris family.
