Job Summary

The Business Manager will share the organizational values and philosophy of Leaf Cremation. This position will maintain the day-to-day administration of the office to keep the operation running smoothly. The main objectives are to: provide high quality service to client families, maintian a positive work environement, and lead the team effectively. The Manager is responsible for implementing company objectives into the location's operations.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team while holding them highly accountable
• Ownership of service standards
• Mastering our operational systems and processes
• Behaving and communicating in a way that you get along with client families, coworkers, and upper level leadership
• Communicate constructive feedback to team members
• Lead team meetings
• Meet with and serve client families
• Maintain a positive work environment
• Hiring and retention of future staff

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $57,864.00 - $65,398.00 per year
