Driver Pay Rates

• $4,000 SIGN ON BONUS!!
• ($1,000 at 30 days, $1,000 at 90 days, $1,000 at 6 months, $1,000 at one year)
• 55 to 65 CPM to start/$1,300 weekly min:
• Must be available for 5 1/2 consecutive days and on time for all load’s
• Annually drivers average $67,000 with our top drivers earning $80,000+
• Orientation
• Daily minimum pay when in training
• Extra Stop/Pickup
• Layover: $150 per day
• Detention: $18 per hour
• Breakdown: $18 per hour with a max of $150 per day

Work and Route

• Average Miles: 1,800 to 2,200 per week (potential for more)
• Main Driving Region: Mainly TX, with runs to AR, LA and OK. Also, occasional runs to Memphis, but they are out and right back to DeQueen AR as well as loads to CO, GA and then back to TX
• Recruiting Areas: Hire within a 30-mile radius of:
• Lufkin, TX; Waco, TX; Mt Pleasant, TX; San Antonio, TX; Natchitoches, LA; Nacogdoches, TX; Pittsburg, TX; Houston, TX (east and north) Mesquite, TX.
• Home Time: Weekly home time available! – Drivers can expect occasional nights* at home per work load and location.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid Class-A CDL with 1 year of 53' tractor trailer experience.
• Mentor programs are available for drivers with less than a year of experience.
