Concrete Finisher

Up to $3000/year in Performance Bonuses!

What We Offer:

• This position is full-time, hourly, up to $60k yearly.
• Monday – Friday.
• Benefits included are weekly pay, performance-based bonuses, paid time off, paid holidays, year-round employment, time and half for snow pay, paid training, and company match 401k!

What You'll Do:

• The concrete finisher supports the supervisor in the installation of concrete patios, steps, walkways, driveways, curbing, etc.
• Perform all steps of concrete construction. Which includes basing, forming, and finishing.
• Drive company trucks, trailers, and equipment daily.

Who You Are:

• 2+ years of experience in residential and or commercial concrete construction.
• Experience in Private Sector preferred as we are not a union company.

• Advanced working knowledge of materials and tools used in concrete.
• The hustle to complete work within a time-sensitive schedule.

The Basics:

• Must possess a clean driving record, valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation.
• Must be physically able to perform duties and enjoy working outdoors year-round.
• Assist with snow and ice removal in the winter, along with varied duties.
