About the Company:

Grace Consultants is a construction and consulting construction management company in Oak, Park, IL. We specialize in 203K renovations, residential renovations, and commercial real estate construction and consulting. We have grown significantly in the last year and are seeking to hire 2-3 carpenters who will work diligently on residential and commercial projects.

Job Duties:

• Must be familiar with all phases of construction, from start to finish
• Assist with all aspects of construction, including but not limited to demolition, tile work, hanging drywall, patching and painting drywall; Doors and all trim, hardware, fixture installation, cabinetry installation; landscaping
• Pick up and drop of materials to various job sites throughout the Chicagoland area
• Operate a variety of power tools
• Carryout a variety of general tasks as directed by site manager
• Follow all safety and code requirements
• Commercial and residential work all year long
• Pay based on experience and actual on the job performance and professionalism

Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in construction
• Ability to use a variety of tools
• Over-time when required
• Valid driver’s license (preferred)
• Reliable transportation to all job sites

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Experience:

• Construction: 1 year (Preferred)
