We are looking for an experienced and trustworthy Copy Editor to join our fast-growing team for our fully remote company.

Here's a bit of what we are looking for in you:

• You love copywriting and are passionate about copy editing someone else’s words to our standards
• Grammar is your jam–you love nerd-ing out on Oxford commas, Syntax and Idioms
• Writing clear, effective, storytelling and direct response copy for emails, landing pages, ads, social media content, and video scripts
• Collaborating and partnering across disciplines with design, marketing, and content strategy
• Tactful communicator who can embody the voice of the brand
• Using copywriting to move the needle to hit our marketing goals
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
• 1-2 years of Experience

Can You?

• Work under pressure with tight deadlines to ensure that all copy is proofread and delivered on time with consistent high quality?
• Apply your obsessive attention to detail to ensure all i’s are dotted and t’s are crossed?
• Proofread emails and page copy to spot potential mistakes before they are delivered?
• Prioritize and develop content to hit short/long term deadlines?
• Respond effectively and appropriately to creative feedback?
• Show documented results of your previous accomplishments?
• Work with top management to create new angles that represent the brand accordingly?

Have You?

• Been part of a company where you were responsible for completing projects from inception to completion?
• Worked with other copywriters or copy editors in a peer reviewed environment?
• Converted prospects into buyers with the stroke of your keys?

• $50,000 base
• Full-Time Preferred
