Job Description:
The Talent Acquisition Partner supports the entirety of the Talent Acquisition process by owning all recruiting and hiring process from the strategy definition to the execution, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer making. This individual consistently utilizes their networks to leverage talent and maintains creativity in the recruiting process. The Talent Acquisition Partner provides consulting to hiring managers and department leaders, providing recommendations on recruiting strategies and is responsible for maintaining exemplary customer service throughout the hiring process.
Responsibilities:
- Serves as a recruiting advisor that provides guidance to the hiring teams they support, builds relationships at all levels, and influences and educates hiring managers.
- Supports the full talent acquisition lifecycle for assigned requisitions by performing the following duties: sourcing, screening, interviewing, networking, analysis, and offer.
- Makes creativity a part of their personal talent acquisition style, incorporating creative sourcing techniques and being willing to cater the talent acquisition process to hiring manager’s individual needs.
- Serves as a business partner and consultant to hiring managers and provides a consistent and excellent customer service experience during meetings and interactions.
- Utilizes talent acquisition strategies such as leveraging personal and professional social networks and researching and attending industry-specific events to identify potential talent. Continually utilizes online acquisition resources and Applicant Tracking System(s) to identify and recruit the best candidates and support a pipeline for future opportunities.
- Partners with the HR Business Partners to provide insights and feedback on the marketplace to adjust the recruiting strategies as needed.
- Researches recruiting practices to find innovative and creative talent acquisition solutions on a continual basis. Promotes and shares new techniques with Talent Acquisition team.
- Provides project support and assists with process improvement initiatives for the department or cross-functional groups.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Coordinator on interview scheduling and on-boarding activities. The Talent Acquisition Partner may need to schedule interviews on his/her own whenever needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree from a 4-year College or University or equivalent experience preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of full life cycle talent acquisition experience preferred
- Experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates in a corporate (in-house) and third-party environment required
- Experience utilizing current talent acquisition digital technologies required
- Ability to interface with candidates in an engaging and persuasive manner and ability to partner with, advise, and influence hiring managers in a consultative manner to foster long-term relationships is strongly preferred.
- Strong experience in MS Office Suite; including but not limited to Excel and Word
