Oxford Government Consulting (Oxford) is seeking an experienced correspondence analyst to support its management consulting practice. Oxford is a privately held, certified, service-disabled, veteran-owned small business. Oxford’s consulting practice is centered on providing exceptional technology consulting to the federal government.

Brief Job Description:

Support a variety of complex and routine administrative and analytical duties. Use approved prioritization schemas to determine order of importance and impending deadlines and handles several tasks simultaneously. Assist with and conduct a technical review of client correspondence prepared for signature of organization executives to assure consistency with client written requirements and procedures, ensuring information is complete, timely and within the prescribed format. Ensure that background and supporting information are provided in correspondence packages. Provide assistance to staff to ensure that the tailored responses to inquiries from a variety of sources and interests groups on special matters are appropriate and in compliance with executive preferences and policies. Verify correspondence for proper formatting, writing, grammar, and punctuation to critical to conforming to client correspondence written material policies. Support the development of well written responses to tasks and requests for information using client approved templates when appropriate and adhere to style guides.

Experience/Qualifications:

  • Top Secret Clearance required to successfully obtain position.
  • At least six years of experience supporting program and performance management efforts.
  • Possess extensive experience supporting program and performance management efforts.
  • Possess the knowledge and aptitude in using various types of technology.
  • Experience using a variety of software programs, including Microsoft Office programs and services, such as PowerPoint, Word, and Excel is required to translate complex information.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including verbal, written, and stage presence.
  • Ability to operate independently and within the team.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Strong researching skills.
  • Extensive experience supporting a variety of program, performance and administrative functions, to include task management.
  • U.S. citizen.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • COVID-19 vaccination card.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
