ALL APPLIANCE PARTS was opened in 1970 in Ft. Myers, Fl. We have been servicing Port Charlotte, FL. for the past 30 years. We are Friendly, professional, agile and our goal is to service our customers parts needs to grow our business. We offer a wide variety of parts from : Appliances, HVAC, Plumbing, and Gas parts. Having Knowledgeable staff to assist with customers questions is key to making that sale.

We are currently seeking a Parts Counter Clerk for our Cape Coral Store, to join our company. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving parts and supplies, as well as assisting in troubleshooting customers parts needs. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working Parts Warehouse/Counter sales, service fields/handyman/repair shops for appliances. Previous HVAC & Plumbing, appliance Tech experience will be a plus. Positive Sales attitude a must. Need to be able to communicate clearly with other employees. Answering customer questions on phone calls and researching correct items is a big part of the day. Stocking shelves, promoting sales and general organization and cleaning daily. Great customer relations attitude is important to this position.

Responsibilities:

• Counter sales
• Stock parts.
• Receiving orders
• Help customers find parts.
• Be organized and thorough with research & paperwork/orders.
• Communicate with other employees.
• Answer phones.
• Promote sales and customer referrals for growth.
• Inventory count.
• General cleaning & organization of sales floor and parts shelves.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
