Speedway is immediately hiring a Credit Customer Service Phone Agent. The primary responsibility of the position is to answer incoming Credit Customer Service calls and to provide an exceptional customer experience to our customers while attempting to help resolve their issues/concerns. Candidate will be required to enter accurate and detailed information using Credit Customer Service tools, and into Customer Service Claims Database, as well as assisting Customer Service with Speedy Rewards account issues usingvarious software programs.

Core Job Responsibilities:

1. Providing an exceptional customer experience to our customers.

2. Data entry of accurate and detailed information into various department tools including credit, Prepaid and AMS and Customer Service claims database.

3. Reviewing and making necessary changes and/or updates to Speedy Rewards accounts.

4. Maintaining knowledge of the ever-changing promotions that have an effect on our customers.

5. Function as a customer advocate and utilize internal resources to help resolve customer issues.

6. Strong collaboration skills and ability to work successfully in a team environment.

Education Level: High School Diploma Required, Additional education a plus.

Work Experience Desired:

Previous customer service and/or call center experience would be helpful. Knowledge of banking or credit processing is helpful. Knowledge of company policy and procedures would be beneficial.

Other Skills:

Properly represent the Credit Customer Service team in providing exceptional customer service. Excellent oral & written communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with customers in a timely and personal manner. The ability to multi-task and function in a fast pace work environment. Strong problem-solving skills. Ability to create a non-standard resolution that will satisfy each customer’s concern or on an individual basis.
