Criminal Justice Specialist 2

Duties: In this role, you will provide assessment, triage, and brief therapy to clients incarcerated in jail and provides case management and coordinates client care services for dually diagnosed clients with substance abuse issues and mental illness who are in the criminal justice system. Maintains case management documentation. You will also assist clients in achieving established goals through the use and provision of various services and resources.

Our Location: We are located at 8402 Blackjack Road, Mount Vernon, Ohio, a short 30-minute scenic commute from Columbus, Zanesville, Lancaster, and Newark.

Qualifications: Candidates must possess strong written and oral communication skills and the ability to collaborate with other service providers. Bachelor’s degree in a social service related field and five years related social service or criminal justice system experience. LSW/LPC; State of Ohio Driver’s License; BLS/CPR certification required. Basic computer, phone and typing skills are necessary for all positions.
