Position Summary:

To match accelerating growth at Agiloft and explosive demand for contract management software, we are building a multi-faceted, data-driven digital content marketing team. That includes communicating directly with customers and advising how to get the most out of their technology investment and guiding their contract lifecycle management (CLM) journey. We need customer marketing superstar that brings technical information and marketing content together that engages, informs, and contributes to the success of our global client base.
As a part of the marketing team, you will have direct communication with customers, Agiloft staff, contractors, partners, and senior leadership to develop and execute the overall content marketing and customer success strategy. This fast-paced, remote position will challenge you to find creative and efficient solutions while engaging in a wide range of activities from content marketing to customer advocacy. This position requires a self-motivated customer content writer with a strong marketing acumen that thrives working with remote teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Write customer best practices, onboarding guides, deployment and configuration guidance, and high-level tutorials to support customer success goals
  • Create customer marketing content like newsletters, webpages, blogs, upsell emails, guides, white papers, datasheets, tutorial video, and presentations to guide customers along their CLM journey
  • Manage customer content calendar while utilizing multiple internal and external writers and designers to execute projects that fit Agiloft brand guidelines and align to strategic initiatives
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to shape technical information into public-facing content that is clear, concise, and accurate for our diverse set of global customers, use cases, and industries
  • Help develop a persona-driven, information architecture approach based on use cases to organize and plan content creation
  • Work closely with Customer Success Managers and Solution Architects to collect customer feedback and ensure users have adequate resources
  • Be an advocate for our customers during feature development as you foresee customer questions and ensure potential customer concerns are addressed within product or within the content you create
  • Conduct thorough research by interviewing subject matter experts and customer-facing stakeholders, testing functionalities, and reviewing customer feedback
  • Research, outline, write, and edit new and existing content, working closely with various departments to understand and execute project requirements

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years writing about technology and creating content for professionals in a B2B sales environment
  • Experience working with high-tech products and organizations; Cloud/SaaS or contract management product experience highly desirable
  • Demonstrated project management skills, utilizing the expertise of both internal and external resources to complete large, strategic projects on a deadline
  • Experience using data and reporting to execute strategic initiatives and refine overall strategy
  • Demonstrated success with multi-channel campaigns, including blogs, email, and online forums to drive customer engagement and adoption of technology and new features
  • Desire to learn new technologies, play with new features, and provide feedback during development
  • Ability to follow set procedures for documentation creation, publication, and distribution
  • Strong sense of customer advocacy and support

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Adobe Photoshop/InDesign, Microsoft apps, WordPress, Zoom
  • Experience using HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRM platforms
  • Experience with screen capture and video editing software
