First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking a highly engaging, customer-focused, goals-driven, Customer Service Representative II (CSR II) at our Kaneohe branch. In this role, you will provide quality customer service to bank customers both inside and outside the branch. The CSR II sells the Bank’s products and services that includes informing the customer of benefits, and features. This role also acts as an initial contact for referral of the customer to personal bankers and specialized areas of the bank such as consumer and commercial loans, credit cards etc.

Work Schedule

Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM (hours may vary).

The ideal candidate will have:

• Associates degree in business and/or equivalent work skills required. Upon acceptance into the position, mandatory completion of FHB CSR School.
• Must be able to sit, see, hear, speak, walk and use finger dexterity to perform the essential duties of the job.
• Minimum of two years as a commercial savings teller in a financial institution (i.e., within FHB, minimum two years teller/clerk teller experience) or two years in a retail sales environment selling products and services.
• Oral and interpersonal communication skills required.
• Must be able to type 35wpm.
• Ability to use judgement and discretion regarding customer transactions and confidential information required.
• PC skills in word processing required.
• Completion of consumer credit course such as FHB Consumer Credit Training Seminar. Must be knowledgeable and capable of accepting consumer credit application.
