Job Summary:
Pay Range: $18/Hour - $20.20/Hour

As a United Auto Credit Corporation (UACC) Dealer Account Manager, you are responsible for signing, maintaining, and growing UACC’s market share with both Independent and Franchise dealerships in your assigned territory. Your ability to leverage the relationships you build makes you the single most important factor in growing our business. UACC is an owned indirect subsidiary of Vroom.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Build and cultivate relationships with our dealer partners
  • Prepare and close UACC Dealer Agreements for all new dealer partners
  • Sign 3 to 5 new dealerships, monthly, while retaining and growing the contracts funded with their current dealer relationships
  • Train your dealers to utilize The Fast Lane to submit, restructure and switch units, helping them find deals that work for them and their consumers.
  • Consultant/partner to F&I Managers in the sale of products to ensure maximum profitability for dealership through the utilization of UAC products
  • Dealer Relations and follow-up on applications and deals submitted
  • Work closely with the credit, funding, titles, and dealer compliance teams to resolve any dealership issues within your territory
  • Be an expert on all UACC programs, policies, and ancillary products
  • Provide best-in-class customer service to your dealer customers, which includes 24/7 availability

Qualifications

  • 2+ years customer facing experience preferred but not required
  • Proven ability to exceed performance goals
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Strong work ethic and drive with the ability to work independently
  • Ability to leverage technology - Computer Literacy Skills
