MINT dental hygienists earn up to $129,000+ annually:
- Reasonable patient load, with an average of 8 - 9 patients per day
- Better guaranteed hours with no evenings or weekends
- Flexible schedules with easy shift swaps through a mobile scheduling app
- One weekday off every other week
- The last patient appointment is at 4:30 pm. Once you have completed your last cleaning and clinical notes, you are out the door! Dental hygienists are not required to complete end-of-day duties.
- Monthly cleaning bonuses
- Effectively raise your hourly pay rate by up to $10 with bonuses

Qualifications:
- Current Registered Dental Hygienist licensure is required; we will consider those that are transferring
- Maintain annual OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control training as required by law
- Understanding and knowledge of HIPPA privacy rules
- Must have high ethical standards and value patient care above all else
- Must be a service-oriented team player that maintains a positive attitude
- Excellent communication, customer service, and attention to detail
Position Type: Full-time, part-time, and Friday-only positions available
Schedule: Mon. - Fri. | 8:00 am - 5:30 pm | Last dental appointment is at 4:30 pm daily
Compensation: Earn up to $62/hr with bonuses
