Description:RETTEW is looking for a dynamic and creative Designer 2 to support our Land Development Team.
The Designer 2 is responsible for detailed design using CADD to produce technical drawings. May assist with the coordination of CADD assignments and workload on projects. The Designer 2 works independently and efficiently under minimal supervision from an engineer or project manager.
Location: Conshohocken, Lancaster, or Lehigh Valley. PA

Responsibilities:

  • Plan preparation for traditional land development projects
  • Work with design teams in all aspects of project design and permitting
  • Ensure projects are completed within scope, schedule and budget
  • Deliver quality work and achieve client delight on every project

Requirements:

  • Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Landscape Architecture or related experience
  • Minimum three-years designing traditional land development projects, including grading and stormwater management design
  • Strong demonstrated technical expertise
  • Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MS Office, Hydraflow, and HydroCAD
