Description: Looking for a rewarding position where you can make a difference in the lives of others? As a DSP you will be working with adult individuals with developmental disabilities in our main residential setting near Cleveland, Ohio. You will help teach skills that will help people grow while going on community outings, providing active treatment in-house, and serving as a mentor. Pay starts at $13.50/hour with opportunities for wage increases to $16.50, additionally- all locations offer an hourly weekend differential, AND opportunities for professional advancement. Longevity increases begin after 1 year of employment. NCC offers immediate starting pay increase for verified prior experience!

No experience is necessary; we will provide you with all of the training you need to get started. All you need is compassion, a good work ethic, and a desire to make a positive change! We are currently hiring all shifts, both full and part time positions.
Requirements:JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1. High school diploma or GED *
2. Valid: Ohio driver’s license or State ID
3. Must be 18 years of age or older
4. Ability to work with others, including family members, visitors and the general public
- Some locations may allow for the hiring of employees actively seeking their GED, as long as the GED is obtained within 1 year of hire
