SHIFT 8AM- 5PM MON- FRI

100% remote, will work with individuals in different time zones

Role Description:

The Document Specialist will assist with the Client Quality Standards document lifecycle.

At least 3 years in cGMP regulated industry

Tasks include:

• Entry of PQS standards from the draft PQS into the global comment SharePoint
• Creation of the compliance analysis report (CAS) from the PQS
• Training facilitation / administration: posting of links and codes to SharePoint, sending training appointments, monitoring web-ex training session chats / Q&As for training presenter
• SharePoint maintenance – adding new records for CAS
• Distribution list maintenance
• Data entry for emerging regulations

• Work processing skills – Microsoft Word, Teams, and SharePoint
• Teamwork

Brief Day to Day:

• Perform tasks as described above
• Many of the tasks for this role are administrative in nature and repetitive
• Once trained, this role is highly independent and will process work according to the revision schedule
• 100% remote
• Occasional work outside of standard 8-5 to accommodate different time zones

Soft Skills:

• Good communicator
• Ability to work across cultures / countries

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $30.00 per hour
