While working at the BASF Agricultural Solutions Manufacturing Plant in Hannibal, MO. you will create chemistry with one of the world's leading producers of Agricultural Chemicals. As a member of our team, you will help us achieve our sustainable target performance whilst ensuring full compliance with complex regulatory requirements.

As a BASF Electrical Engineer at our Manufacturing plant, you will create chemistry by…

Providing site technical support for instrumentation, electrical, and controls equipment, and assist in the proper design and construction of capital and operational expense projects.

Providing engineering support for existing systems, including the preparation and/or modification of electrical and instrument drawings, data sheets, Input and Outputs wiring diagrams, instrument specifications, calculations, and charts.

Monitor and analyze plant and process performance, and quality data to identify and implement improvement actions.

Coordinate, support, and implement OSHA and Process Safety Management (PSM) requirements

Utilize SAP to compose quality Work Notifications, manage Key Process Indicators (KPIs), and submit reports as required.

The Formula for Success of our Electrical and Instrumentation Engineer includes the following ingredients…

Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Instrumentation (E/I) Engineering, (highly preferred, however, strong experience and skills will be considered in lieu of degree)

Electrical and Instrumentation, Chemical Manufacturing, or process development experience

Solid comprehension of local and national safety standards to collaborate in hazard risk analysis and safety assessments.
