Email Marketing Specialist

As an Email Marketing Specialist on our team, you will have the opportunity to do the research, execution, and reporting of email campaigns for our groundbreaking business. You will work cross-functionally alongside other digital marketers to develop email and SMS strategies, write campaign copy to onboard, engage, and retain potential and current customers.

Our ideal candidate deeply understands email and SMS marketing concepts and metrics pertaining to customer segments, customer engagement, and the customer journey. You will be successful in this role if you continually identify opportunities for improvement in email and other digital marketing efforts at our growing agency.

Requirements:

• 4+ years experience with marketing automation platforms
• Experience with A/B testing email variables and building email marketing campaign from scratch using best practices
• Advanced knowledge of list segmentation and nurture building
• 2+ years SMS experience
• Excellent copywriting and and copyediting skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Experience forecasting and performing analytical analyzes
• 4+ years of experience with Salesforce and Pardot (required)
• Experience with GoHighLevel (preferred but not required)

Schedule: 40+ Hours per week

Compensation: $55,000-$60,000 Annual

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
