AG Laser Technology is a family operated manufacturing facility located in the Shenandoah Valley. We work with Trumpf and Primapower machinery; as well as spot welding stations, paint line, and punch machines. Due to these various stations we have a wide variety of jobs that enable us to design, create, and assemble shelf ready product.

Due to the various work stations, there is a strong team unity. Every station has a lead that works with the floor manager to ensure all product runs smoothly and efficiently through the plant. We also have shipping, receiving and a customer service team located in the building.

Our product and goods are shipped all over the world, so we have a massive customer base driven by both distribution and e-commerce sales.

The primary function of your position to to help with scheduling and data management in our systems. You will be working with all the work centers to assist with providing a flow of product and information through our data base to ensure all orders ship in a quick and efficient manner. You will work directly with the plant manager and purchaser to help keep the stations organized.

Job functions:

-Assist with scheduling and platform management

-Aiding various work stations to ensure product is current and moving through the plant

-Facilitator of in house communication between customer service and the plant, this role is essential to ensure proper communication with our customers

- Assist purchasing with inventory and quality control as well as parts

-Assist shipping with getting product out on time and same day

- Data entry into our software for all the above processes

-Work with production to prevent delays and with management for up to date plant floor information

This job will require on the floor presence as well as software knowledge. This job is an intricate part of the company tree, and it will require organization and discipline as well as good team working energy. It is not a data centered job, it will be a production center job, where you would be the primary facilitator of the scheduling platform and the various work centers.
