Schedule:
Tuesday-Friday 9am-6:30pm
Saturday's 7am-5:30pm
Off Sunday's and Monday's
Compensation:
$15.00-$17.00
Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate logging of repair orders and transactions
- Sorting, filing and scanning of paperwork
- Setting up and tracking rental vehicles
- Closing of repair orders
- Assist with maintaining a clean and functional service area/lounge for customers
- Assisting with appointment scheduling when needed
- Responsible for opening and maintaining cash drawer for occasional cash transactions
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 or older
- Must be proficient with computers
- Eager positive individual who is looking for a career path in the automotive industry
- Must be able to pass a criminal back ground check and drug screening including medical marijuana
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to work 40+ hours including Saturday’s
- Bilingual is not required but is always a plus
- NO FORMAL AUTOMOTIVE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
