AMGTechSolutions is hiring for multiple Entry Level Business Analysts to join our team. Your main tasks will include performing detailed requirements analysis and documenting the requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze operational and technical information to develop and improve the systems and applications.
• Implement advanced strategies for requirements gathering and creating future state designs.
• Work with business users to ensure all the requirements meet the specifications as necessary.
• Develop Use Cases, Activity Diagrams and Sequence Diagrams for a clear understanding of the vision document.
• Create User Stories and acceptance criteria. Perform gap analysis by identifying existing technologies.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any Field.
• Excellent language and interpersonal skills with ability to handle pressure under minimum supervision.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent planning and multi-tasking abilities, with experience in utilizing knowledge to help business make critical decisions.
• Excellent communication skills, management abilities, and team spirit.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
