EV Charging Division Manager position responsibilities:

• Must be willing to put safety ahead of profits.
• Lead the project team and have overall P&L responsibility and to grow the Division.
• Bonus based on a percentage of gross profit.
• Maintain and develop customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction and quality control.
• Customer service must be a top priority.
• Manage project related correspondence and documents.
• Manage activities associated with materials, budget, and production for projects.
• Schedule and plan resources to meet project schedules.
• Be the liaison with the client and field construction team
• Identify scope changes, address issues, and communicate project milestones.
• Manage project financials and budget to meet or beat estimated gross profit.
• Facilitate the change order process on client projects.
• Manage all aspects of multiple projects and ensure budget targets are met while maintaining quality standards.
• Must receive and provide clear, constructive feedback regarding work performance and be able to provide clarification as necessary.
• Uphold Owen Electrics values to include safety, quality, teamwork, and growth.
• Deep understanding of risk and value drivers in EV charging projects.

What we are looking for:

• Minimum five plus years of senior project management experience. (Some EV Charging Station experience highly preffered)
• Five plus years Project Management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment with tight deadlines.
• Must have good developmental and team building skills.
• Ability to plan and strategize effectively on projects.
• Ability to make decisions in a timely manner.
• Committed to providing customer service at all hours.
• Willingness to travel as necessary.
• Must have clean driving record and background.
