This position is located in New Orleans, LA 70130

The Executive Business Partner is responsible for providing high-quality administrative, clerical and strategic internal support to the Chief Executive Officer. Serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters related to the CEO’s calendar, correspondence, serves as a liaison to the Board of Directors and executes tasks delegated by the CEO.

Required:

  • Prior experience as a high functioning Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff; or similar position with a demonstrated track record working in a fast-paced environment juggling multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Minimum GED or High school diploma
  • A positive and optimistic attitude reflective of the organization’s mission and vision;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including in-person, emails and phone calls;
  • Proven ability to handle confidential tasks and issues using discretion and diplomacy;
  • Ability to anticipate the needs of senior executives and ability to adapt to change;
  • Exceptional attention to detail, particularly related to the organization of files and other materials;
  • Strong familiarity with Microsoft outlook, word, excel and other tools as needed;
  • Commitment to the success of the organization.

Preferred:

  • Associate or Bachelors degree
  • Banking, Legal, Marketing/Public Relations experience

Specific Job Functions:

  • Ensure that the CEO’s overarching vision, strategies and priorities for the organization continually move forward
  • Work closely with all members of the company’s leadership to execute and follow up on various tasks and initiatives outlined by the CEO
  • Manage the strategic use of CEO’s time while managing a changing and complex calendar
  • Communicates directives and information from the CEO to the Senior Management team
  • Partners with Senior Management in the execution of CEO directives
  • Manages general follow-ups with Senior Management to ensure timely completion and delivery of requested information
  • Ensures seamless collaboration across a wide range of stakeholders to ensure key deliverables
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders to ensure successful completion of projects and CEO directives
  • Functions as the CEO’s gatekeeper, ensuring the CEO arrives timely at scheduled meetings, triages incoming calls and inquiries, and handles routine questions
  • Triage daily mail, phone calls and email including helping the CEO to prioritize responses
  • Primary liaison to the Board of Directors, responsible for working closely with the CEO to ensure successful Board and Committee meetings
  • Compile and proofread documents in the CEO’s name, including letters, press release quotes, agendas, meeting minutes, Board meeting packets, and other documents as needed
  • Oversee the review and signature of documents requiring signature by the CEO
  • Conduct analysis, creating reports, and spreadsheets requested by the CEO
  • Develop PowerPoint presentations for the CEO
  • Effectively manage logistical needs for the Executive suite, including conference and board room reservations, supply ordering, catering and delivery needs
  • Make travel arrangements and handling reimbursements related to business related expenses
  • Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders in all interactions
  • Comply with regulatory rules and regulations, evidenced through successful completion of training and demonstrated ability.
  • Complete other miscellaneous tasks related to the CEO’s daily activities
  • May provide supervision of other Executive Assistant
