About the Position:

This position is ideal for applicants who have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a dedicated Designer for a Women's Apparel brand or fashion line.

A successful candidate will join the existing team of Lucy in the Sky seniour designers.

What we are expecting from a succesful candidate:

• Conceptualize and create new designs
• Develop concept sketches for all design ideas aligned with brand aesthetic and vision
• Manage fabric development; sourcing textiles and trims when needed
• Engage in all aspects of design process from development through production; attending fittings, reviewing all samples, etc.
• Researching current trends consistent with existing aesthetic of styles of RTW contemporary wear (rompers, tops, blouses, etc.)
• Owning the creative process from original inception to initial sample.
