Defense Consulting Services (DCS) is currently a participant in the Transportation Security Administration’s (TSA) Screening Partnership Program (SPP). We have two Full-time openings for Supervisory Transportation Security Officers with a FEMALE designation to work at the Great Falls International Airport.

ATSA TOTAL RATE $45.16. This includes a base rate of $29.00, H&W and Fringe dollars.

The Supervisory Transportation Security Officer (STSO) will have overall responsibility for all passenger screening and checked baggage screening locations.

STSO will report directly to the Site/Deputy/Program Manager on security-related issues. The STSO will ensure all assigned personnel will provide the traveling public with the highest levels of security, customer service, and professionalism. STSO will uphold the TSA Mission while exemplifying Trinity's core values. The STSO will direct the work of all subordinates to ensure the requirements of TSA's Checkpoint/Checked Baggage SOPs are met. STSOs perform a variety of duties related to providing security and protection for air travelers, airports, and aircraft.

Qualifications: Candidates should be TSA Passenger/Baggage or Dual Function Screener and OSARP Certified. Should have at least one year experience as an LTSO or 1 leadership responsibilities, be proficient in English (e.g., reading, writing, speaking, and listening); and have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent; OR have at least one year of full-time work experience in security work, aviation screener work, or X-ray technician work. The candidate must possess excellent leadership qualities and strong communication skills to include conflict resolution.
