Position Summary:


The Business/Data Analyst will support the Field Services business in daily operations with involvement in all aspects of the business including, operations, finance, sales, safety, quality, resources and communications.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Collection and maintenance of operational, financial, safety, and quality data for required reporting i.e., monthly, quarterly, and annually.
  • Assist with gathering and compiling all data for senior management reviews.
  • Aggressively track progress and identify issues with all special projects including but not limited to safety initiatives, communications and people/talent management.
  • Identify and implement new processes to make the Field Services team more efficient and cohesive.

Qualifications:

  • 0-2 years’ experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business or Construction Management
  • Strong business acumen
  • Passion for and commitment to safety
  • Thrives on a challenge and willing to step out of comfort zone
  • Ability to think outside the box
  • Results/solution focused
  • Some travel may be required
  • Willing to relocate

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Must possess strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerBI, etc.)
  • Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills that are complimented by effective interpersonal,

oral and written communication

  • Ability to work within a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • A team player who is self‐motivated and has strong attention to detail
  • Fluent in English with above average writing skills
