Fiskars is searching for a Finance Manager, Americas Logistics and Warehousing to join our amazing team in Middleton! This is a hybrid role.
About the Role:
The Finance Manager, Americas Logistics and Warehousing will be responsible for providing BA/Region specific financial insight on logistics and warehousing performance to support the Director, Logistics and Warehousing. This includes insight on current performance, financials and a more longer term perspective on supporting future cost to serve development. In addition this position will support and coordinate actions together with the Director of Logistics and Warehousing in driving improvements on the cost to serve and DTC efficiencies in cooperation with the business areas and sales organization.
This role will also take on full ownership of the cost to serve visibility of the logistics operations and supports the supply chain logistics organization regionally. This position also provides analysis and drives a sustainable financial agenda across the region’s logistics & warehousing operations.
At the core of the job is business partnering with the Director, Logistics & Warehousing. Other key interfaces include key members of the logistics organization as well as the wider finance, BA and sales organizations.
What You’ll Be Doing:
  • BA/Region specific Logistics & Warehousing performance analysis
  • Logistics cost to serve visibility
  • Service level / cost analysis and optimization
  • Continuous improvement - Supporting and challenging the organization on optimizing the efficiency of the operations together with the Sales and BA’s, support and advice in service level / cost to serve trade-offs
  • Annual planning, month end closing, & forecasting activities of the Logistics & Warehousing operations
  • Supporting long-term planning and guiding sales in cost to serve implications of different delivery options
What You Can Bring to the Organization:
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent, or similar skills acquired in practice
  • 2-6 years of experience in Finance Business Partnering
  • Proven skills of creating insight from analysis with large amounts of data
  • Financial and supply chain understanding
  • Understanding of product and customer profitability / cost to serve insight
  • Understanding of the Fiskars customer base in the main regions seen as a benefit
  • Exposure to BA or sales business partnering is seen as a benefit
  • Logistics reporting and cost to serve understanding will be seen as a benefit
  • Good Skills with Excel and PowerPoint; JDE, SAP, HFM, BW, Tableau and other similar reporting tools seen as a benefit
This position is based out of our Middleton office and will be a hybrid (in-office & remote) role.
