Gold Star Restoration is currently seeking Experienced Restoration Crew Chiefs for our Toms River, NJ location, this is a growth opportunity as Gold Star continues to expand to multiple new States.
The Supervisor represents Gold Star and will communicate effectively with the clients providing guidance and reassurance into the process and methods used to deal with their damages.
Job Duties Include:
- Must be available while on-call for emergencies
- Asses property damages and address the issues according to protocol
- Supervise crews for productivity, quality of work and site safety
- Proper setup of equipment, properly monitor job site conditions
- Accurate documentation of work and site conditions
- Clearly communicate progress with manager, property owner and office
- Maintain professionalism throughout all processes
- Always strive for excellence and to exceed client expectations
Requirements Include:
- MUST be able to provide exceptional customer service
- Demonstrate ability to think independently while keeping the team atmosphere
- Ability to handle a fast-paced high-pressure environment while remaining professional!
- Should be able and willing to take part in the labor even while running crews
- Recent restoration crew chief experience required: minimum 2 years
- Valid driver’s license required! (without any major violations)
- Current IICRC Certifications a big plus
