Fleet Mechanic ( Diesel, Trucks, Delivery)
Monday thru Friday, rotating weekend day
We are currently seeking a hands-on, experienced Journeyman Level Fleet Mechanic to join our winning team in the industrial area of Seattle, near Seatac.
"We are offering a direct hire/Full time role with stability, growth and advancement opportunities.
"We ware offering a Mon-Friday, 40-hour work week with overtime available depending on workload. (In addition to Monday Friday, this role will need to be available on alternating/rotating Saturdays).
"We are offering an hourly rate in the range of $25 to $45 per hour, determined by the experience brought by the applicant.

This HANDS-ON role, will perform truck repair and maintenance work for our fleet (including Passenger vehicles to Class 8), and will run diagnostics on vehicles to determine root cause of any issues, and will proactively work from a mindset of preventative maintenance.
Depending on your experience and skills level, you will also be called upon to perform advance/complex diagnosis, and strategic repair/maintenance planning along with ability to plan, determine needed resources and to place orders in a timely manner to ensure consistent performance of the team.
Some of the daily duties, include:
"Daily Collaboration with the repair team members to diagnose and plan repairs.
"Working proactively to document your work, and to maintain complete and accurate maintenance records according to team and company parameters.
"BEING FLEXIBLE and making room for the planned scheduled and those SURPRISE, unscheduled inspections and needed repairs&. The unplanned is going to happen!
"Parts Planning&. we need you to be able to accurately and in real time, maintain parts inventory and cleanliness in the work area for both improved performance and safety reasons.
We want this person to be a good team-member, and someone that is BIG PICTURE oriented, flexible, and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service with everyone you connect with.
Various skills/experience and qualifications we would like to see, will include:
"DOT Inspector Certification
"Air Brake Inspector Certification
"Refrigeration 608 & 609 Certifications.
"DRIVERS LICENSE - CDL, Class A or B. -All new hires must have a clean/clear driving record.-
-All onboarding hires must also be able to pass a pre-employment drug test-
