The Front Desk Receptionist will greet, assist, and provide direction and information to clients, visitors and other guests within the organization. This role is also responsible for answering external calls and routing them to the appropriate person/department.

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet visitors and maintain visitor logs
• Complete security procedures for issuing visitor passes
• Answer and route phone calls
• Respond to internal and external inquiries
• Provide basic level product support
• Perform clerical/administrative tasks as assigned

KEY RELATIONSHIPS:

• Marketing Operations Manager
• Director of Marketing
• Various leaders within internal departments

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience in answering a multiline switchboard
• Experience in a receptionist role
