Job description
We are an alternative medicine IV clinic in Toluca Lake. We are looking for a friendly, patient and dependable individual who knows how to work with QuickBooks (preferred) and is computer/technology savvy. Must be customer service oriented.
Job duties include using an online appointment scheduling system, appropriate business phone etiquette, experience with cash, care credit and credit card payment systems. Ability to multi-task with multiple patients and appointments at the same time. Other duties involve keeping the office clean, filing, faxing, ordering supplies, etc.
Prefer Bilingual (Armenian speaking is a plus).
Only require MONDAYS with room for more hours later this year.
Job Type: Part-time, only EVERY MONDAY, some Saturdays and as needed on weekdays.
Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
