Our client is seeking a Fullstack Engineer to deliver features from conception to production. You will work closely with data, engineering, and product teams working to build desktop and mobile applications, and other tools that empower consumers with information, keeping security top of mind.

Salary : Mid-Level - 150K to Principle Engineer 200K+ bonuses and equity options

How You’ll Do It

Working collaboratively with a team of other full-stack developers of varying experience levels and areas of expertise, you'll provide input and creativity in helping our client's team solve technical problems. This role has the opportunity for great earning potential in the foreseeable future!! (You should ask us more about this!?)

Responsibilities

• You'll contribute to front-end and back-end website/web application development for mobile and desktop web browsers across a variety of projects and features
• Maintain and extend a number of microservices; integrating systems using REST API or 3rd party services
• Develop and maintain a suite of custom WordPress themes, plugins, and other features to support business and/or technical requests
• Write and maintain microservices, APIs, or smaller, framework-independent features
• Write automated E2E, unit, and integration tests
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Professional experience with modern PHP, JavaScript, and (S)CSS
• Experience working with Composer and NPM, and JavaScript bundlers such as Webpack, Rollup, Gulp, or similar
• Experience writing custom WordPress plugins and themes, working knowledge of WordPress’ hook, filtering, querying, and templating systems
• Intermediate to advanced experience with MySQL or another relational database technology
• Experience writing automated tests and QA’ing your work (we use PHPUnit, Cypress/Selenium, Mocha/Chai)
• Extensive experience with Git and working with other developers from the same code base (reviewing other developers’ code, code pairing, GitHub)
• Experience with command line, as needed (SSH, running CLI tools, etc.)
• Experience with LAMP/LEMP stack (AWS)
• Experience implementing responsive websites and web design

• Experience working cross functionally with product and engineering teams
