Responsibilities of the Gift Shop Attendant include, but are not limited to:

• Provides prompt, efficient, and courteous service to guests at all times.
• Maintains the daily operation of the gift shop within the guidelines of retail operating procedures.
• Collects payment for merchandise and follows all cash handling policies and procedures.
• Assists in merchandising functions including display and store design, inventory receiving, stocking, and merchandise pricing.
• Assists guests by suggesting products based on immediate needs and upselling products.
• Sweep, dust, clean, and organize merchandise. Maintain clean and organized work area to ensure safety issues are minimized.
• Promptly report or resolve any guest complaints or issues in the store.
• Reports any unsafe work condition to the direct supervisor.
• Responsible for adhering to all Company policies and procedures.
• Other duties, as assigned by the supervisor.
